The Self-Teaching Resources Research center is a resource for students and professors. We allow professors to post course material and links on their pages for easier access to their students. Once posted the information is available for everyone to see. We also are developign an index of to the vetted sources of information on the web.
Company Timeline
- May 2005 - Self-Teaching Resources began as My Misfiring Mind, Inc. in honor of the founder's Attention Deficit Disorder.
- December 2007 - We began using the name Self-Teaching Resources in December 2007. My Misfiring Mind, Inc. was re-domiciled from California to Wyoming.
- August 2010 - Billy Borstell and David Cook, sociology students at Tulane University begin the research to write a book about the social construction of alcoholism and the effectiveness of resulting social policies and treatment practices.
